On Sunday, September 10th, Portland Parks and Recreation will be hosting Sunday Parkways in Multnomah Village and Gabriel Park. This is a great event that brings, the community together and creates a safe atmosphere for all generations to gather and enjoy the neighborhood. We think this is a huge opportunity to do what our mission statement says and love, serve, and invite.
So, instead of having our usual worship service that Sunday, we will be worshipping by serving our community. Our church will be hosting the intersections of Nevada Ct & 33rd Ave - 33rd Pl (Map). There we can encourage walkers and bikers with music, games, treats and more, and we can introduce our church to the community.
